Also appreciating the multiple regional factbooks authored by Her Majesty Queen Victoria, which have helped and informed hundreds of Empire of Great Britain's past and current residents,

Thanks, but is it the way I wrote the proposal, or the things I mentioned in it? If it's the things I mentioned in the proposal, I don't see how they aren't commendable. Other nations have been commended for similar acts, just involving older, larger regions.

Unfortunately there is nothing to make better. There simply isn't enough material to commend the target on. It is a good try, and posting the draft here first was excellent.

There’s nothing wrong with your writing, it’s just the content. To be Commendable a nation should have a long list of achievements over a period of time that makes them stand out from the crowd.

Solely managing a region and authoring factbooks doesn’t reach the necessary standard.
