The Security Council,
Noting the drafting of this proposal began on the last day of the month of June,
Understanding that NationStates is ridden with two loathsome ideologies known as "heterosexuality" and "cisgenderism",
Appalled by the consensus of heteronormativity across the world,
Accusing any opposition to this proposal as counterproductive to the fight for LGBTQ+ liberation,
Congratulating regions such as Gay for breaking from this trend,
Proactively seeking to banish the aforementioned ideologies from the mainstream,
Hereby declares the following:
Article 1: June
1. Beginning on June 1st at midnight UTC and lasting until June 30th at midnight UTC,
NationStates will enter an LGBTQ+-exclusive period. 2. During this era, "heterosexuality" and "cisgenderism" shall be declared null and void.
3. The heterosexuals and the cisgendered will be invited to relinquish their evil ideology. 4. Those who continue to practice their ideology in this time period will be shamefully tutted at by the Security Council.
5. Those who convert from their old ways and atone for past sins will be accepted and forgiven.
6. Regions and nations who adopt pride flags and/or World Factbook Entries will be praised.
Article 2: All other times of the year
1. When the LGBTQ+-exclusive period is no longer in effect, the heterosexuals and cisgendered will be allowed to practice their ideology once more, provided it is within reasonable and modest limitations.
