1. It would have been far better and more understandable had Khevo defined properly within the resolution what Feeders and Sinkers are. As many (not including myself) may not know what it means.

2. It seems gameplay-stunting to discourage recruitment from regions that aren't Feeders or Sinkers, as it can be a big part of gameplay. I would hesitantly support this but given the choice I will vote against this resolution.
