UNDERSTANDING that it is no easy feat to achieve such a high standard, if not the highest, of health and living standards, anywhere, and to provide citizens with adequate resources to ensure longevity and superb health, and proper funding to medical research and development in that field. This standard takes a long time to achieve, involving years of development, and the nominee should be applauded for supporting this field for such a long time.
IMPRESSED BY the fact that the population of this nation is not only quite sizable and healthy, is also highly sociable and cheerful, and enjoys daily interactions among its citizens, being the 6th most cheerful in the world.
APPLAUDING the fact that it not only focuses on these fields, but also excels in other fields as well, such as having the 3rd lowest crime rates in the world, and the 9th larges book publishing industry, which supports their perch as the 5th most cultured nation in the world. This nation also views environmental protection as an important factor, having the 16th place in the best weather in the world, and the 119th best weather, as well as being 20th in tourism. While not superb, it is still quite significant enough in these fields to be applauded for their dedication to the environment and its citizenry.
