To the World Assembly Security Council:
UNDERSTANDING: That Fascism is not illegal in the world.

RECOGNIZING: That the ideology of Fascism and Nazism are ideologies of hate.

APPALLED: at the Fact that the Region of Barbaria is tagged as Fascist and has a obscure Nazi symbol on its flag.

FURTHER APPALLED: That the Regional founder's flag also contains the same Nazi Symbol.

ASSERTING: That any regions condoning or advocating such beliefs is an offense to a wide range of nations.

FURTHER ASSERTING: That it is the duty of the World Assembly to discourage such action.

HOPING: That a commendation from the Security Council will discourage the spread of such hateful ideas.

HEREBY CONDEMNS BARBARIA!

A poorly written attempt at a proposal, already submitted and not drafted here. Possibly illegal as well - R3(b).

If you’re wanting to do something about Nazi symbols then you should be filing a GHR, not submitting a Condemnation.

"the Gensec" only has authority over the legality of GA proposals. Whether SC proposals like yours are legal is at the discretion of the moderators.

Did I say it was up to me? No. I merely pointed out a possible illegality in your attempt at a Condemnation.

Of course if you had done some research beforehand, like reading the rules for instance, you may have seen this for yourself.

Not a well-written proposal, and not sure why you chose to submit it before drafting. According to your logic, does every single region marked "fascist" need a condemn badge?

BBD is advise you. they point out that it'll likely come back that and was preparing you for it. >.> BBD generally give pretty good advisements when it comes to that stuff. If you do want something like to eventually succeed I'd recommend you take heed of their and other's advice here if you genuinely want to write a passable proposal. :3

Well that's good. If the Nazis got a condemnation, they would've liked it. Anyways lets wait bout a few years (or months) and then lets see if the founder CTE's so we can pull it down.
