Noting That while The United Confederacy of The Americas is not an active member of the World Assembly nor has ever shown any interest in World Assembly affairs.
Remembering International laws enacted by the World Assembly apply to all nations and are enforced through international legislation.
Listing That The United Confederacy Of The Americas still actively practises slavery, types of slavery practised by the confederacy include: Plantation working, Education and Domestic servants.
Reconizing Slaves in The United Confederacy Of The Americas are not legally responsible for their own independent choices and lifestyle and are almost always held against their will at plantations intentionally separated from their families.
Quoting Legislation intentionally implemented by the United Confederacy Of The Americas violates international law, most notably human right number: 3, 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 and protocol 1, Article 1, 2 and 3.
Discussing All slaves were born into their current "profession." In addition, education and career is completely dictated by their "master" which leaves the master to violate the enslaved individual with no repercussions.
Noting Under General Assembly Resolution #35 The Charter of Civil rights , All civilian populations are granted equal or near equal civil liberties and basic human rights. These both have been violated by The United Confederacy Of The Americas.
Critizing The fact that the Confederate ideology is built on the systematic oppression of Black Americans denying their rights as citizens. Allowing this to go unnoticed leaves millions of displaced African American slaves at the hands of a racist regime. I beg of you, stand for the World Assembly values and condemn the fundamentally Racist
