Also aknowledging that Caracasus has authored many issues at this time, which may increase soon,

Summarizing that Caracasus has helped the world in many ways and deserves nothing less than a World Assembly Commendation,

Hereby commends Caracasus.

You’ve made a very poor case for Commendation. Nowhere near enough research by yourself on the nominee.

Edit: just realised Caracasus is an Issues Editor - you’d better read the rules regarding commending Site Staff, Rule 3(a).

To expand on Sparta and BBD's comment, some of the things you have listed are commendable. Namely, the WA resolutions and the issues. Even then, Caracasus is an issues editor, and thus their participation in writing issues is of less value overall than that of a normal player. The clauses containing national stats (allowing same-sex marriage, cannabis, and such) are completely pointless. They hold absolutely no weight in the WA (except in extremely rare circumstances, which do not apply to Caracasus) This proposal has some measure of potential. However, you lack a great deal of information. As it stands, you have made little to no persuasive points for the commendation of Caracasus. I cannot support this while it remains in this state. I can guarantee that LoRd's delegate does not either.

I’m curious - have you spoken with the nominee and confirmed that they’re open to a commendation before moving ahead with this? This seems like it was written somewhat quickly and they haven’t been online in almost a week.

Partially asking because I had reached out to Caracasus about looking further into a potential commendation as well and have yet to receive any reply
