I hereby propose a statement to condemn the nation of Hamyan.

I. Asserting the country was ejected by rule violations recently by the World Assembly, for having multiple nations on the WA.

II. Concerned they will cause more breaching the rules and could cause harm if not acted already.

III. Revealing the country committed another violation, by creating multiple puppets to violate the rules. (This was confirmed by the mods themselves

IV. Shocked It returned and was brought back again after being banned for breaking the rules. as its violation being stated above.

Hereby Condemns Hamyan.

I suggest you read the rules before submitting this, as it breaks a couple of rules.

Not a condemnable nominee. Ejections for WA rules violations is not a good reason for a condemnation.

You are wrong. En Hassik submitted Condemn Hamyan at around 1740 BST today, withdrawing it around 22 minutes after that and creating this thread 10 minutes after that. They then resubmitted this at 1818 BST and rewithdrew it at 1838 BST.

Rules 1(a) and 3(b) broken if I’m not mistaken. Even if you fixed these issues I doubt that your nominee has done anything that’s condemnable by SC standards.

I,III. I'm aware of this is reasonable, but you know violations of a nation that was justified already has to be confirmed by the moderators themselves not by causing a lie by saying it has been proven otherwise this would be illegal.

IV. Again, Hamyan was brought back because it was a misunderstanding, stating the banning was an accident. If i have really caused it then there's no way the mods would have unbanned me as it's against the rules.
