Noting that Bhang Bhang Duc called this proposal "crap" and "juvenile fun" via use of inter-government communications channels, which is vile and disgusting as this proposal, as the author (who's leader is very handsome) worked extremely hard on making this resolution

We commend his sexy-llency the very handsome leader of Great Algerstonia for his efforts to contain the wretched acts of ~~Outer Sparta~~ Bhang Bhang Duc and to curb any and all contemptuous behaviour through the very righteous and totally legitimate and powerful Security Council, but we should wish to inform him of a spelling error that Bhan Bhan Ducian spies have forced onto the otherwise perfect and spotless proposal. “Who’s” (as bolded in the quote) should be “whose”.

Our delegation is shocked and horrified by allegations of vile and disgusting abuse of intergovernmental World Assembly communications channels by the subject of the proposed condemnation towards the author and others, including the phrases "joke," "crap," "children," "juvenile fun," and "not funny or clever." Such insulting, ridiculing, belittling, and tyrannical behaviour is a menace to civility and brings the World Assembly into disrepute. These transgressions must not go unpunished. We approve of this proposal.

This proposal failed to reach quorum. What a shame. Bhang Bhang Duc probably bribed and threatened the other delegates to not approve. The 15 delegates who rose above the corruption have been noted and I congratulate them.
