Noticing that Womble 6969 is the worst nation in the world;

Thinking that nations such as Womble 6969 are just there to take up space and waste the time of the World Census;

Making note that the number "6969" represents multiple instances of sexual intercourse and is thus not appropriate for a nation name;

Disgusted at the lack of creativity in the name of "Womble", which is shared between thousands of other nations;

Believing that the flag of Womble 6969 is lazily made, due to it being a simple tricolor flag;

Concluding that Womble 6969 does no good for NationStates and is hellspawn;

Usually joke proposals are drafted and are marked [JOKE], which is perfectly fine and indicates to people they are merely in jest.
