NOTING that East Europeia is an amazing region that is the best Europeia according to a poll,

NOTICING that nearly all flags of East Europeian nations are the same, which is cool and good,

DETERMINED to liberate East Europeia so that it can reach even greater heights,

ABHORRED that this beautiful amazing incredible fantastic region is locked to other nations who can't enjoy its grand facilities,

SHOCKED that this region has not been noticed before despite its obvious superiority to all other regions,

KNOWING that that is because the region is locked,

Hereby Liberates East Europeia.
