Just a tip, but if you want this to actually succeed, you need to provide more concrete examples of his “crimes”. Nation names, dates, way more detail then what you have here. Otherwise, this is never going to pass.

I may not be the most experienced resolution author, but I can tell the difference between a well-written proposal and a bad one. Condemns are meant for nations that have done some heinous act, not nations that don't play nice. All of Palcania's "offenses" are extremely common on NS. If this was condemnable, a large portion of NS would have condemns. I'm not up to date on SC rules, but I'll list a few things that would likely be a violation:

1. "selfishness" is not condemnable. It's a trait of the person OOC, and it has nothing to do with NS.

2. "Talking in favor of controversial topics" is very outside of the SC's jurisdiction. Every human is guaranteed the right to their own opinion (even if they don't voice them), and it's absurd to think that the SC would condemn somebody based off of their own personal beliefs, especially if they have no bearing on NS whatsoever.

3."warmongering" what do you mean by this? War doesn't exist in NS. If you mean that they attempted to raid someone, that's not condemnable. A vast portion of NS has done that, too. If you mean that they support wars IRL, then that's not condemnable. That's their IRL belief, and it has no bearing on NS.

4. "Insulting Almost Every TNP member" While this does somewhat relate to NS, it's still not condemnable. It's based on their behavior as a player, which is technically condemnable if you do it right, but it's almost impossible to use in a good proposal due to it's OOC nature.

5. "Referring other regions to Nazis" I don't see what you mean here. If you mean that they refer to other regions as Nazis, then see the above, and 2 as well. If they try to send other players to Nazi regions... well, that's possibly condemnable. It depends on the context.

6." Attempting Terrorism" gonna give any evidence of that? How did they attempt terrorism? Did they try to coup a region (which is pretty much the only "terrorism in NS)?

7. None of this has any evidence. Not a single bit of proof is provided to show that they did all these things. The SC doesn't accept "I'm telling the truth!" You have to prove that you're right, and right now, these are just baseless accusations.
