The World Assembly,
ACKNOWLEDGING the contributions made by Kandarin towards the international order,
ACKNOWLEDGING the work put forth by Kandarin's delegates towards establishing a more just society,
ACKNOWLEDGING the wisdom of Kandarin's leaders,
ACKNOWLEDGING the historical significance of SC 2 as one of the initial stepping stones of the Security Council,
However OBJECTING to the impropriety of SC 2's personification of a nation,
OBJECTING to the impropriety of SC 2's utilization of third-person pronouns,
BELIEVING that declining to eject competition should be the standard, and therefore not commendable material,
OBSERVING that SC 2 contains virtually nothing of substance,
CONCERNED that SC 2 falls short of detailing specific conduct warranting a commendation,
ACKNOWLEDGING that much of Kandarin's work was more than commendable, but that the conduct highlighted is both excessively broad and not representative of Kandarin's commendable actions, and
ACKNOWLEDGING that the aforementioned failure to detail commendable conduct defeats the point of a commendation, which is to acknowledge and record significant contributions for posterity,
Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution 2.
