You can criticize a badly-written proposal or another user's conduct without the barrage of low-key flaming/baiting. Do so.

The arguments put forward by multiple people now that you and the CCD are tied to one another convince me a thousand times more than anything that you say or state. That is putting their bias on clear display. The moderators personal opinions bleed into how they moderate the site, which is why fascists are allowed to have slave trade RP's but communists aren't allowed to say AC*B lol. You don't see the moderators commenting on threads condemning fascism very often but they are always around to be anti communist. The mods may not be fascists themselves, but to me it is clear that they enable fascism by the way they moderate the site, so excuse me that I'm not surprised to see the moderators in here being anti communist lol. And why does that mean I should resign? Basically all leftists on NationStates see the mods in the same way lol; its nothing new.

First, Sedge, or any moderator's biases real or imagined have nothing to do with this thread. Your insistence on trying to make it the subject is spam and threadjacking at best.

Second, if you have valid complaints of moderator abuse, please file them via the Getting Help page. Moderators cannot edit, delete, or otherwise alter the contents of your GHR, and mod abuse reports are flagged for immediate admin attention. Be sure to include all relevant links to what you are reporting as well as a clear and concise explanation of what the problem is. I must inform you that the administrators have very little patience for frivolous or outright fraudulent reports, and are liable to dismiss incomplete, unspecific, or wildly generalized complaints outright. (IE: "The mods are corrupt!" absent any evidence attached to the report.)

It is extremely disturbing that even the game moderators are willing to put ideology in front of basic decency in the world assembly. Don't you see that this proposal is garbage? Were you not here for all the other comments made about it at the beginning of the thread? The fact that you endorse this proposal, which offers zero evidence or substance beyond "communism bad," makes me question your integrity.

I was not looking for criticism especially unconstructive ones from TCB members. That being said I will not silence any of you, but if your only goal is to antagonize me and attempt to convince me to repeal my proposal you might as well give up and go home.

Not how things work around here. You put an idea up to vote, you don't get to dictate who is allowed to argue against it. You're making it quite clear you're the one looking to antagonize with your steadfast refusal to discuss your proposal's merits or listen to any feedback. Sticking your fingers in your ears shouting "LA LA LA I CAN'T HEAR YOU OVER MY OWN AWESOME PROPOSAL!" is not going to help your proposal pass.

"Legal by the SC rules" =/= good proposal. It is entirely possible for a proposal to be both legal and very badly written. Legal by the SC rules is merely the absolute bare minimum and telling folks that it was marked legal by the mods literally has nothing whatsoever to do with whether or not it's a good proposal.

As I've said many times I am not looking for criticism, this thread was solely to raise support and address concerns where I see fit. If you dislike my proposal that's fine, but many people do not. I say let the people decide. For that reason it will stay up. My personal theory is that some of you are shaking in your boots at the strength and uniqueness my proposal has and its ability to upturn precedent and rewrite the way this game is played.

As you have made it clear that you have no interest in actually discussing your proposal, but instead shitposting and sniping at your detractors, I think we can stick a fork in this one. Thread stays locked.

That being said, I would strongly suggest you and your regionmates spend some time reading over the various SC advice threads, including SC Questions and Answers, Rules for SC Proposals, and at least a cursory review of Past SC Resolutions to better get a feel for what goes into making a proposal that is not merely legal, but actually viable. I also strongly recommend you review the Site Rules as well. While I'm abstaining from hitting anybody with an official warning here, this trainwreck of a thread was well on its way to needing somebody to wade in here swinging a banhammer wildly.

To the many detractors, you guys should have realized that this thread was just wasting everyone's time and abandoned ship to let it die of natural causes. Seriously.
