THE SECURITY COUNCIL:

BELIEVING that any new nation seeking to make a tangible impact on the multiverse could find a worse role model than [nation=Honeydewistania], which has authored or co-authored 2% of all World Assembly resolutions ever passed despite having only commenced their work in this sphere nine months ago;

NOTING that Honeydewistania has authored a whopping eight General Assembly resolutions, covering matters as diverse as bolstering international law on recycling schemes (GA#507 "Repeal "Promotion of Recycling"" and GA#511 "Ensuring Effective Recycling"), advice on how to eradicate and guard against vector-borne diseases (GA#518 "Reducing Disease Vectors") and repealing sloppily-worded legislation about medical tourism (GA#502 "Repeal "Freedom to Seek Medical Care II"");

FURTHER RECOGNISING Honeydewistania's authorship of seven Security Council resolutions, with a focus on Commending antifascists such as Vippertooth33 (SC#315) and The Red Fleet (SC#324), but supplemented by recognition of well-known GA authors (SC#332 "Commend Kenmoria") and presenters of issues (SC#340 "Commend Singapore no2," under the aegis of [nation=That Crazy Casbah Sound]), for instance;

AMAZED by Honeydewistania's track record of collaborating with both new and experienced nations, especially in the World Assembly, for instance by:

• co-authoring SC#331 "Commend Sierra Lyricalia," a renowned figure in the GA and antifascist communities, with Cretox State and SC#343 "Commend 1 very fast endotarter" (under the aegis of [nation=Whatermelons Second Country]) for their contributions to The North Pacific with Noahs Second Country;
• further co-authoring GA#521 "Repeal "GMO International Trade Accord"" and GA#526 "Land Reclamation Regulation" with first-time authors Regnum Italiae & Orca and Narwhal respectively; and
• publishing Briefing Paper #1,426 "She's a Keeper," a report addressed to world leaders which contained many recommendations on how to promote women's sport, along with Australian rePublic (one of the most prolific Briefing Paper-authoring nations of all time);

APPLAUDING the work of Honeydewistanian vassal state [nation=Anarchic Turkish States] in acquiring the passwords to the once-infamous [region=Northern Redlands] and [region=Make America Great Again] (a region related to the Northern Redlands' successor region Redlandia) - both times culminating in their ultimate invasion by the Commended MT Army - as well as serving as the Chief Mariner of Mariner Trench; and

CONVINCED that, despite remaining a relatively low-profile nation for many years after its foundation in 2017, Honeydewistania has accomplished sufficiently much in the sufficiently little time that has followed to warrant Commendation:

Why would you draft a resolution now and post in the SC forum if you weren't going to submit for a year? This whole proposal is guaranteed to fail at vote if it reaches quorum.

If you're just going comment and say that it'll fail if it reaches Quorum, then why are you commenting on it? :P
At least provide some helpful feedback instead of criticizing the author for posting this on the SC forums a bit earlier than you would have liked.
