Horrified at their hateful views against the WA;

Baffled at their dictator-like rule over Psychotic Dictatorships, which has already been condemned;

Shocked that their motto is "DESTROYER OF DEMOCRACY, FREEDOM, HUMAN RIGHTS, PEACE!!!";

Troubled by the nation's extremely authoritarian policies;

Distraught at them having the second most corrupt government in the world;

Aghast at their decrees, which indicate their leader as an insurmountable godly figure, including:

• A decree which forces every resident of every nation to address Menta-Lee-IL (the person) as a name among the likes of "Dearest Leader", and a death sentence if addressed otherwise;
  
• A decree which declares Menta Lee-IL (the person) to be above all beings and deities;

Alarmed that over 97% of all deaths are by mysterious disappearance, which, in reality, is presumably execution that is carried out by Menta Lee-IL's government;

Afraid that Menta Lee-IL would keep oppressing its citizens if no action is taken;

Hereby Condemns Menta Lee-IL.

Maybe go a little bit more in depth about their role in Psychotic Dictatorships. It might be a little difficult to convince some that this condemn is warranted after the regional condemn was already passed, so I'd suggest buffing this up a bit with regards to what makes Menta so special ibeyond stats/policies.

This is good, and more could be added to it. Like how Menta Lee Il banned nations from joining the WA for some time.

I have mixed feelings about this proposal since control of the target nation, as far as I am aware, was passed to Psychotic Dictatorships' three chosen successor players. So it sorta feels like congratulating someone on someone else's work.

It would likely make more logical sense to describe Menta as a puppet of Lancaster of Wessex, and target that nation instead, except the RP of the two accounts is diametrically opposed.

I really don't see any reason to condemn them, unless of course it's aimed at Lancaster of Wessex, the main nation who controls this puppet. However, LoW is a different player when played with that nation, so it really won't work in that sense. The condemnation of the region itself mentions a lot of your points, so to make sure it doesn't overlap, add more on what Menta Lee-IL did themselves.
