THE SECURITY COUNCIL:
CONCERNED at how SC#126 reels off various important-sounding regional positions previously held by Sanctaria without explaining the significance of - or even summarising - any of Sanctaria's concrete achievements in those posts, which should be one of the most crucial elements of such a Commendation;
DISPUTING the claim that a relatively small body of international legislation, primarily focused on child welfare, from a sole delegation can at all be described as "fundamentally [or] politically important;"
UNCONVINCED that the presentation of two issues for world leaders (when many nations have only been Commended or Condemned for presenting at least ten) is noteworthy enough to be treated as a major aspect of a Commendation; and
SADLY CONCLUDING that (much like its attempt at spelling "Habeas Corpus") the target resolution's arguments are of poor quality and fail to emphasise the Commendability of Sanctaria in the first place:
HEREBY REPEALS SC#126 "Commend Sanctaria."
