Indeed, Lily is a small organisation with a handful of people. Their goal is to draw attention to themselves by maximising the harvesting of low-hanging fruit. The number of tags they have up at any given time is impressive, however if a region required five endorsements to be raided, it's unlikely Lily would be able to muster the forces necessary without mercenaries or aid from other organisations.

Instead of listing the nobody regions, mention the operations. Lily has broken an astounding amount of records, so you should follow Refuge's suggestion and trawl the GP thread. In addition, Lily also invaded Chicken Overlords and broke the NationStates streaks, two things to note. I think Lily also refounded a couple of anti-Lily regions which you can include as well.
