AFFIRMING that the WA is a serious place where serious people discuss serious issues and where all humour must be verboten!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED that the nation of Alentejo and Algarve tried to self-commend its own region.

DECLARING that diversity and joy are to be avoided in these halls of professional government at all costs.

HEREBY decides to condemn this nation of scoundrels, this hive of scum and villainy, called Alentejo and Algarve!

Unsurprisingly this is still illegal: the usage of "he" is a blatant rule 4 violation. And prior to December 20th, the entire concept would've been illegal due to the tit-for-tat rule.

It's entirely typical for new players to go into the SC, do something they shouldn't (like self-commend), and then chalk it up to the WA elite oppressing them with their rules and their seriousness and their — god forbid — standards. You, a neophyte, couldn't possible have made any mistakes! It's far more likely that the entire WA community and moderation team has been doing things wrong for 12 years!

If you want any chance at ever getting anything you want in the SC, you need to stop mocking it. If you hadn't figured it out, "Commend Portugal" is not going to pass. Don't make things worse for yourself.
