A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.

The Security Council;

RECOGNIZING that the region of Lily has caused destruction to many regions using their ruthless invasion tactics, such as destroying World Factbook Entries with advertisements.

OBSERVING that Lily slaughters innocent regions with no initiative but to gain power and advertise themselves.

BELIEVING that by condemning Lily, they will understand the true horror in their actions.

POSTULATING the fact that it is the Security Councils’ responsibility to take action and condemn these acts.

DISAPPOINTED that little to no action has been taken from the Security Council to intervene.

HOPING that the Security Council will understand the enormity of Lily’s horrendous acts, and will take decisive action to condemn them.

Herby condemns Lily.

To me it’s an obvious badge hunt by the author. They have done very little research on Lily, have provided no examples of the raids they have carried out and writes generalisations that could be applied to any raider outfit.

Yes, it is quite poor. And I wasn't trying to seek a badge. In fact, this was the first proposal I have written. I never even expected it to come this far. After voting, I will draft a new one if the majority is against. And I have done the research.

Dear World Assembly Delegates,

I would like to humbly request for your support of my Security Council Proposal to Condemn Lily.

For years, Lily has been raiding regions just for recruitment and power. I’m sure you know someone or have been a victim of the condemnable actions of Lily. I know that I have. It’s time that we took a stand to stop these vicious crimes. To condemn all of the distress Lily has caused.

Here are some of Lily’s most horrendous acts (I will not name any nation names for privacy)

A nation attempting to get a historic embassy back posted this on an RMB “...We on our hands and knees begging...” However, they just ignored it. This proves that Lily does not care about major history that was loved and cherished by so many. This is condemnable!

Teds Nationstate Emporium
The once-mighty Teds Nationstate Emporium, had over 110 nations in it. However, when you look at this region now, it is simply a big billboard for Lily. Lily invaded this mighty region. Now, it's an advertisement for their brutal cause. This is condemnable!

The Social Democratic Alliance
A simple region, just starting out (The Social Democratic Alliance) was invaded right from the beginning. It didn't even have a chance to defend itself. Who knows, maybe it's founder was a new NationStates player. Being a new player of NationStates, you don't know a lot about it. Lily will do anything to gain power even if it means picking off an unexpecting player. This is condemnable!

Never before has the Security Council taken actions to stop what Lily is doing. However, that can change. All you have to do is approve of my proposal. (https://www.nationstates.net/page=UN_vi ... 1603915997) I need 63 total approvals for this to go to vote. I would really appreciate it if you could approve this.

I did include examples. I did research. You just did not receive the Telegram. I do admit, I should have put some of these in the proposal, I will do that. Only after I see the outcome.

As someone who back in the n00b days of my time here tried to condemn Lily left and right, I gotta say even this is worse than my attempts at condemning them. If this comes to vote I'll clearly side with Lily and oppose this.

Your understanding of R4(c) is flawed. Raiding is an event which happens within the game, it does not refer to NS as a game. Therefore, it is perfectly legal to refer to raids - maybe you should read the rules and the Compendium in more detail.
