Hello, this is my first proposal and i want to know what you guys think!

The Security Council

DISMAYED: That a nation as large as Umberhulk has so few political or civil rights.

HORRIFIED: That all shreds of democracy have been abolished, with a totalitarian dictatorship in power.

CONCERNED: Umberhulk will begin to influence other, smaller nations into becoming dictatorships.

HEREBY CONDEMNS: The Commonwealth of Umberhulk.

Even if a nation is very old, if all their noteworthiness is just having "bad" stats, it isn't extraordinary enough to warrant a condemnation from the Security Council.

I’m going to agree with Refuge Isle on this one - your nominee’s stats aren’t noteworthy enough to merit recognition by the SC.

Also while your draft is legal, there’s not a lot of meat on the bones. If you’re going to have a go at becoming an SC author you need to do a lot of research on your target, half a dozen sentences isn’t going to cut it.

Even with bad stats, some nations will view few or no civil rights or political freedoms not as a bad thing. Therefore, having "bad stats" doesn't automatically mean a condemnation.
