This is a strange one. The intention is good, but the wording could use help.

For example:

These two statements are basically the same. They preserved regions. The two could probably be combined.

Inspired by Vippertooth33's ability to organize and unite anti-fascist aligned regions across the international community around principles of common decency and equality, despite long held, military based ideological rivalries which may have ensured that a successful outcome would have not been guaranteed in crucial operations,

This paragraph needs help. It's understandable, but rather difficult to read. Additionally, maybe say which regions they united with.

And, as previously stated, isn't this basically the same thing as Commend The MT Army? Many of the operations are the same in this proposal as well as SC#240.

They aren't the same. The only duplication is the URAP, and 240 didn't mention the crucial role Vippertooth played

This is to just let everyone know that I will be letting Honey be the submitting author for this resolution with me as co-author. This Commendation was my original idea and I have been working to complete it on and off for over a year. I have always thought that Vippertooth33 not having a Commendation was a bit of an eyesore. However, I think that Honey should do it because of his strong MT connections, the in-depth assistance he provided, and his close relationship with Vippertooth33.
Vippertooth33 has done so much for the betterment of the international community during his 17 years of gameplay and I hope you support the resolution.

Some comments and suggestions for change in the text, rather than the content which has filled out somewhat since my last post in this thread.

Commend Vippertooth33

The Security Council,

Acknowledging Vippertooth33 as a nation committed to using military tactics to vanquish the fascist plague from the universe,

Impressed by the special tactics and dedication employed by Vippertooth33 to achieve their goals over the last seventeen years, including but not limited to:

• convincing the Nazi founder of White Aryan Resistance to forcibly remove over eighty Nazi nations from their region and which handed over control of the region to Vippertooth33, resulting in one of the largest Nazi regions at the time being completely destroyed,
  
• secretly controlling a Nazi puppet state in the URAP, Nazi Jason, for over 11 years, which ultimately led to caused the oldest Nazi region in existence at the time to be permanently annihilated,
  
• leading operations in which they successfully destroyed regions with active founders, such as Fascist and Imperialist Union, a member of the fascist coalition Right Wing Uprising, a great feat that crushed the dreams of numerous fascists,

Couple of minor suggestions. Also two of the bullet points use the phrase "at the time" which seems repetitive, but I can't think of an alternative at the moment.

Recalling that Vippertooth33 managed to mobilize every civilian nation in the Mariner Trench to join the MT Army,in which so that they successfully quenched an enormous Nazi uprising along with the Anti Nazi Alliance, preventing innocent regions from being raided,

Cognizant of the support Vippertooth33 has provided for landmark anti-fascist and anti-Nazi operations, including but not limited to:

• leading the highly acclaimed offensives against the Elite Region of Global Command, the URAP and Project Ragnarok, fascist regions widely detested and despised by a large variety of nations,
  
• serving as a regional officer in the raids against the NSIA, The Iron Confederacy, Viertes Reich and Union of the Fascist Nations, providing vital support in causing these notoriously fascist regions’ demise,
  
• leading the defence against of multiple regions, including Empire of Lights, Lebanon and Alliance Against Nazis, preventing them from being defaced and turned into fascist trophy regions,

Leading the defence of these regions, surely?

Pleased with Vippertooth33’s dedication to preserving over a thousand formerly fascist controlled regions such as Anne Frank, mostly former regions under fascist control, ensuring that they did not fall again into fascist hands,

Praising Vippertooth33 for maintaining their home region Mariner Trench, now converted to a civilian region in which new nations are trained by them to fight hateful ideologies,

I vote in favour and commend The work done to stamp out legitimate hatred/fascism.

HOWEVER, I find it alarming that anti-fascist & communist regions have attacked and destroyed multiple anti-communist regions, under the guise of fighting fascism.
We must be vigilant that fascism is not replaced with its equally repugnant cousin; genocidal and hateful Communism.

They are two sides to the same coin and there is an astounding amount of Communist propaganda being perpetuated in these communities, under the guise of fighting “fascism”. Fascism, it seems, is anyone who doesn’t agree with a Communist.

We implore all peaceful communist states to push back on their authoritarian community leaders and question propaganda that is pushing more hate into the world, albeit behind a different mask.
