The Security Council,

Acknowledging, the fact that Lasagna Liberated LASAGNA PART TWO from various raiding organisations;

Contending, that Lasagna has tried to search LASAGNA PART TWO's true residents for a long time;

Disappointed, that a region called as 'ravana' raided LASAGNA PART TWO and has banned and ejected any Liberation movement;

Affirming, that ravana has password locked LASAGNA PART TWO and is using it as a war trophy;

Hereby Liberate LASAGNA PART TWO

Possibly illegal (R4c) for saying the region has an owner. Change that to Founder and you should be okay.

Apart from that why should we be bothered with liberating this region?

Okay, that’s fine. Now back to my other question; why should we care about the region? Does it have any particular cultural significance, or been around for a long time?

You need to give us reasons in the proposal why we should care enough to vote to liberate it.

Well I think this is a good proposal, however I don't think the second line of the proposal is really neccessary.

You didn't need to post twice to say the same thing someone else had already said.

Bhang Bhang Duc has contributed far more to this thread than you. He may come across as grouchy and blunt, but BBD consistently provides useful feedback and suggestions on SC proposal drafts, that more people should listen to.

he may have contributed more in terms of tips advice and the like, but Team Leo also created somewhat of a new draft of the liberation draft, which United Nations organisation could possibly find helpful

The Natives were banjected onsite, any puppets that are in the region are from ravana.

I suggest maybe putting in that they refuse or are stalling on a peace treaty, or something like that.

Also you might want to add that they are threatening to raid lasagna because they are trophy hungry.

I am the Founder of the region Ravana in question, and I think you will find that this proposal has little weight and the premises around it are being miscommunicated. There is an ongoing conflict between Lasagna and Ravana that was sparked by a failed raid by Lasagna itself on Ravana. The occupation and subsequent password of Lasagna Part Two was a response to this initial strike, and is being held only as leverage for Lasagna to accept a peace treaty linked here: https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=1390576

Ravana is not stalling a treaty, in fact we have routinely and consistently pushed for acceptance of this treaty and an end to hostilities. The Lasagnan Army has caused several offenses against Ravana that de-legitimatize this proposal, including their impersonation of me stating "I am a puppet of farlandiay, everyone go spam the south pacific" and RMB spamming that was reprimanded by moderators.

Ravana is not a raiding force, and this is a war with nuance and violations made by both sides. This liberation proposal is undeserving of approval and is rooted in a false interpretation of events. Beyond that, at the time of the raid, there were no natives in the region. The only nations that resided there were puppets from TBH left over from a previous tag raid on the region. Every ejection was a Ravanian puppet so that the influence cost for a password would be reduced. Government officials in Lasagna have claimed on a dozen occasions on their RMB that they had no association with Lasagna Part Two, that they didn't care about it, and that it didn't matter if we occupied it. To further communicate this point, they even founded 'Ravana Part Two'.
