Mostly quality translates into good results. A well-written resolution is much more likely to pass than one that's not.

That may be true, but also it has to have a good argument to support itself and something that people can get behind

Update: apparently it’s bleating sheep.

And liberating a two nation region is neither.

This proposal has neither. Mostly an affair between two regions over a small puppet region anyway.

It doesn’t deserve a liberation, one side or another deserves a condemnation for it

Neither deserves a condemnation about it, because it is a two nation puppet region. That's it. End of fucking list. No community was destroyed and no "natives" were displaced. Nor a liberation of the region, or a condemnation of either region will pass, and I don't care who authors it. What needs to happen is this needs to be dropped and allowed to sink into the abyss. Take the hint and drop it.

I think one of them does, considering the drastic measures taken by members of Lasagna and Ravana.

That being said, I am a bit biased here considering lasagna is allied with my region

Then have at it. I will direct you to the advice I gave to Leo in the SECFanatics thread.

Christ, I’m not going to write a proposal. Just the way this region has been treated by both regions is disgraceful

My best proposal ever has gotten 17 approvals. Not very good. Not only that, I have submitted only TWO proposals. Both for the General Assembly. Maybe I will write one. But give me time

I don’t really know which one to condemn, and can I use proposals in my proposal (is as an example)
