I gave Chuck some advice on Discord that I'm transcribing below for posterity's sake.

• Italicization of the first word of each clause looks bad IMO, though that's purely personal preference.
• "Bank" is an illegal term - though it is somewhat ambiguous as to whether or not merely referencing the word "bank" in the sense of cards is illegal, I recommended he change it to "purchasing power" or similar.
• Make sure to update the specific statistics before submission
• Mentioning the influx of nations following Drew Durnil's arrival is dubious at best.
• Looking into Val Z's Factbooks, it looks like their language, Valkyrie Språk, is a conlang composed of a variety of real-world languages. While not any less impressive, and without going super in-depth to Val Z's factbooks to learn about how the language came around canonically, I suggested that the clause be changed to the following:
  
  The international documentation of the Valentian language, called Valkyrie Språk, which [IC context blah blah blah],
  
  This leans more away fro "the creation of..." which implicates Val as a player as opposed to a nation, and should also allow for a more specific (while hopefully still concise) detail of the conlang - because, like, holy shit - that is impressive as hell.
• Saying "these articles reduce suicide rates" seems like a super big leap in language - perhaps a brief mention of the intention to reduce mental illness through positive reaffirmations would be better suited.
• No need to put the abbreviation TMCCC if you never use it again.
• I'd change "the multiple - and extensive - contributions by Valentine Z" to "the multiple, extensive contributions by Valentine Z"
• Were you running into the character limit? I see no other reason to use "+" instead of "and" in the space regarding "help + informative nature..."
• Also, you constantly switch between commas, semicolons, and periods to end clauses - stay consistent.

Overall, a very good draft to a very deserving candidate! Best of luck to the authors, co-authors, and target!

A few things. Some of these echo other suggestions, but some are new.

• I wouldn't recommend mentioning Drew. It's literally impossible to create a new nation approaching top 1,000 in any of the stats you're mentioning Valentine Z as ranking highly in. Most players actually gained badges from the Drew wave, so it doesn't work well as a supporting argument to say that the Drew wave made it harder to get badges.
  
• I'm flattered to be referenced, but my software was developed separately and simultaneously (I just released it after Valentine released his) and is used by no-one (that I know of) except me, so it's not really related to the original Gold Retriever script and probably doesn't deserve a mention. Frankly, I don't think mentioning "expansions" to a script makes it sound less commendable, because it just means someone else did the same thing better (or in the case of my script, did the same thing in a different language).
  
• Saying that "Ballotonia did something" is very dangerously close to a rules violation (not sure which one). It feels somewhat meta-gamey to say that a nation did something like that, as well as mentioning direct Admin action. Maybe "auction being so impactful that the international auction service was forced to limit extensions to prevent breakdowns" instead.
  
• Valentine Z has now been the custodian of the Issues Spoiler Megathread for some time now (since April in fact), so it might be worth giving that a mention as well.
  
• Finally, I agree totally with Morover about the "reducing suicide rates" bit - as written it seems very distasteful.

I'm not great at providing commentary so I went ahead and rewrote the clause using the same points you do here - this is how I would phrase the following accomplishments.

There seems to be more of the focus on gameplay, stats, and cards, as opposed to roleplay, and Val has hosted several RPs and been a major participant in others. I think that this focus on gameplay and such might actually strengthen the resolution for some voters, though.
