Noting the Hypocrisy of the Security Council passing the Resolution Commending Crushing our Enemies that was Written by a raider, Commending a raider, and Supported by raiders.

Notes that if indeed Crushing our Enemies Controls General COE who Stabilized The North Pacific's Government, Which is an Ally of the North Pacific and the Black Hawks both of which are Condemned Regions.

Strongly Believes that 10+ years of Military accomplishments are not reasons to Commend a nation, especially if they are "Playing a vital role in the foreign policy practices and regional responses of The Black Hawks' Council" Which likely includes raiding and supporting other raiders.

Duly Noting that Despite Two Condemnations the Black Hawks Have not Relented and are still Raiding regions including lately the region SEC Fanatics, a region that has held many of us together. Also pointing out the fact that the author is one of the raiders that commited this Atrocity.

I'm not going to comment on the content of the resolution since I'm not a gameplayer.

You are needlessly capitalising too many words. Three of your clauses are variations of 'noting.' Also 'The North Pacific' is not a condemned region.

I believe that if X is one of the people who support the villian Y and is supported by the villian Z than therefore X himself must be a villian.

As far as I can see your attempt does not really address the contents of the Commendation - for example going on about TBH’s current occupation, the fact that they have two Condemnations. They have nothing to do with COE’s Commendation.

In my opinion, I would say hold off on this repeal for another few resolutions to pass/fail plus, COE's failures should be highlighted
