THE SECURITY COUNCIL:
RECALLING that the nation of [nation=Oofd] - which was founded in late March 2020 with a well-meaning plea that world leaders "don't say racist jokes" - moved to The Black Hawks (TBH) days after being founded to lament the invasion of their old region;
ADAMANT, however, that Oofd has come up with multiple utterly incredible proposals over the weeks that would greatly embiggen the state of geopolitics if only they were fully implemented, and listing some of these schemes which are absolutely not harebrained as:
- "Sieging," a hitherto-untested and novel proposal in which invaded regions are given a choice between getting passworded and joining the region that invaded them;
- TBH News, a regrettably short-lived news outlet which carried little more than enthralling reports of new arrivals into The Black Hawks and other news that at first glance appears to have nothing to do with TBH whatsoever; and
- Publicising not only unsolicited raid requests from other regions, but also successfully carrying out a raid on Oofdland, a region conveniently founded by Oofd which has been significantly neglected since the departure of the invading forces;
UNEQUIVOCALLY HAILING Oofd's latest spectacular scheme, a semi-official TBH "spying business" for world leaders where - for the low, low price of just thirty million Universal Standard Dollars - they, too, can have one million spies from other universes implanted into a region with the aim of annihilating that region's government in less than a week; and
SATISFIED that the world would be much worse off without the sheerly exciting antics that Oofd implants into its daily business:
