The Security Council
Observing the recent failure of a resolution to "Condemn Deruuu";
Noticing how the resolution failed miserably; but
Pleasantly Surprised how the delegation of Deruuu in fact voted in favour of this resolution;
Proclaiming that if the delegation of Deruuu had managed to get word out of their belief in the resolution, it would undeniable that much of the World Assembly would have changed their vote;
Believing firmly that the enormous traffic problems and common international shutdowns caused by the Deruuu international traffic would finally be recognised if Deruuu was finally brought to justice for its crimes against the international community;
Once again affirming that Deruuu has a wide influence in the international community, and that now that word has gotten out of the Deruuu delegation's wish to be condemned it is entirely undeniable that the World Assembly shall be the genie in this situation and fulfil the wish;
Reminding that the condemnation of Deruuu is not in the least based on the wishes of the Deruuu delegation, rather the incredible traffic problem Deruuu has caused;
HEREBY condemns Deruuu
