UNDERSTANDING that Security Council Resolution #287 "Condemn Koem Kab" attempts to censure Koem Kab for their large collection of international artwork; however,
DISAPPROVING of the claim that Koem Kab's collection of art is worthy of a condemnation, yet other nations with equally large collections are somehow not worthy of condemnation;
REPROVING the resolution's claim that Koem Kab had been "blatantly increasing the value of useless art", which disrespects the national and regional heritage of many nations;
DENOUNCING the resolution's statement that Koem Kab had employed "dropping" and "transfer stealing", without going into detail on what those tactics are;
SURMISING that this resolution discourages other nations from collecting artwork for their museums, thus leading to the disregard of national heritage;
CONCLUDING that much of the claims made in this resolution are baseless or utterly false, consequently questioning the validity of the entire proposal;
Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #287 "Condemn Koem Kab".
