Noting that The Black Hawks have contributed vastly to the engagement and enjoyment of NationStates, providing large amounts of allotted raids to be countered by defender regions such as those in the Pacific regions.
Applauding The Black Hawks for their dexterity and competence in the long-lasting art of raiding, and their contributions to this community of raiders as a whole.
Commending that The Black Hawks professionalism has lead them to be the largest, most powerful, as well as most feared raider organization on NationStates
Approving of The Black Hawks’ satirical, classically comical, and sometimes highly ironic method of tag-raiding in which a paragraph or more of transcribed text is posted on an invaded nations World Factbook Entry
Acknowledging The Black Hawk’s efforts to make NationStates exhilarating, including numerous super-raids (henceforth a shotgun raid), that very mercifully invaded and tagged hundreds of summed regions in a conjoined effort to take pressure off of the backs of defender organizations scouts.
Pleased by the fact that The Black Hawks contain more condemned nations than any in the world, making them a highly experienced and professional organization with the guidance of these nations.
Delighted that The Black Hawks have taken the initiative to recover the rogue-bot Penny from wreaking comical and troll-like havoc, so that minimal damage may be inflicted to other organizations and the NationStates Community as a Whole
Further applauding The Black Hawk’s goals to manifest a generation of professional and highly developed nations engaged in the practice of raiding, and thus contributing greatly to NationStates forum’s and overall gameplay
Impressed that The Black Hawks have fostered an LGBTQ+ friendly community for many years and stands strongly for the rights of these individuals
