this act will mean that any nation that does declare war on a much smaller and newer nation shall be militarily and economically sanctioned by the world assembly it will also mean that the accused nation will not be given any military support from its allies for up to five years
Opposed, this looking like a very bad attempt from the author nation to be declared immune from fighting a war (see the consent requirement in GA#2). This is a matter for the General Assembly, and I would still oppose it even there and then.
