The Security Council,
Remembering that the purpose of its body is to uphold the diplomatic approach before all else--a commitment which current General Assembly (GA) legislation demands from member nations,
Recognizing that Frozen Circle is a raiding region that infiltrates and destroys other regions (otherwise known as raiding) that disagree with its agenda under the guise that all who oppose them are fascist,
Protesting the excessive use of force to push an agenda used by Frozen Circle to silence protesters against their tyranny (otherwise known as suppressing),
Noting that at least one of their members is affiliated with the Region The Blackhawks, which has been twice condemned at the time of the writing of this document,
Disgusted at the region's numerous attempts to usurp power or prestige from nations and regions throughout the world,
Aware that the excuse of "Freedom from corruption" does not exempt Frozen Circle from their heinous acts,
Understanding that Frozen Circle has colluded with several raider regions to prevent resolutions from being passed,
Hereby Condemns Frozen Circle.
