The Security Council:
Having observed The World Assembly Elite;
Amazed at their continued efforts to rigidly abide by a voting policy that they did not choose nor approve because said policy is totally out of their control and cannot be amended, even by the Elite themselves;
Not at all concerned that said voting policy results in unequal votes that favor the elite and influential because, naturally, the elite and influential are smarter than the average voter anyway;
Knowing that the Elite will, rightfully, do everything in their power to prevent undeserving candidates from attaining elected office and to prevent inadequate legislation from passing;
Satisfied that the Elite strongly upholds the World Assembly's version of democracy, as flawed as it may be;
Mighty grateful of the Elite's tireless investigative work in exposing "fascist" and "Nazi" nations and regions in order to put them rightfully in their place and, if possible, out of existence;
And, believing that these glorious actions deserve widespread recognition across the world;
