If it's the player's puppet then it's the player's puppet, and only choosing the gold shiny bits and shoving the dirt to the side screams awfully selective

I'm no expert on it, but I don't know what else to add. It seems almost ready to submit.

I'd give it a few days though, because the whole of the security council still seems preoccupied with post-GE resolutions and prop regions.

My two cents for what it's worth.

1. Significant commitment and involvement in the North Pacific's "Cards Guild";
   
   
2. The construction of an initiative known as "the Gold Retriever", through which art collectors have been able to monitor their client states efficiently, and that this initiative has been utilised as a base for even grander adaptations by SherpDaWerp and Racoda;
   
   
3. Possessing artwork considered to be of high value to other collectors;
   
   
4. Holding a large and extensive collection of artwork itself, built through substantial toil and effort;

If I understand this correctly, the latter points are essentially "has rare cards" and "has lots of unique cards". I do think those points are worth bringing up in the context of the other two points but probably not as half the section, so I would combine them into something like
"Holding a large and extensive collection of artwork, built through substantial toil and effort, which contains works that are considered to be of high value to other collectors".
It only tightens up the proposal a little but the two bullets feel more like two half bullets that are getting at the same point and it makes the section focus more on the broad benefit for the NS community.

My other suggestion is that you should flesh out the last section more, if possible. Kuriko mentioned "quite a few regions", so adding something like "As well as significant positions in region1, region2, and region3" after the two list items really adds to the sense that VZ has been involved in quite a lot of the NS world. I do think that both of these are smaller suggestions and that the draft is quite solid as it stands.

I told myself I won't come here, but... eh.

I decided not to add Samantha-Higgs, not because it is not in-line with the commendation, or because I am ashamed of it; ohh no, I am aware of the ICly evil nature of it, and I run and maintain it well. Just that I believe that Menta himself, as well as the rest of the folks, would probably prefer not to get any mentions or commendation/condemnation from WA, so to speak, even indirectly.
