No I have been in my region for almost 3 years essentially since when I joined NS so I am not going to leave it just for endorsements. (Plus if I went anywhere I would probably go to one of the Pacifics so that I can get more endorsements faster)

You physically cannot submit it. You do not have enough endorsements, and won't leave your inactive region to gain enough endorsements. You are wasting everyone's time, even the select few that support your endeavor. Come back to the SC when you have the required endorsements to submit a bill.

There was nothing corrupt about it. It was a simple call for their supporters to vote for other candidates who were believed to be better than Jocospor. It was not blackmail nor bots just simple politics.

All in all? Very much against.
