Proposal on improving the emerging nation-state

I note whether the choice of the Secretary General of the world assembly is too harsh?

It's very bad that countries with less than 30 million people can't vote

They can't exercise their rights, and 30 million people are too large

Maybe by the time their population reaches 30 million, they have given up the game.

It is hoped that the voting threshold can be lowered to 10 million people.

Let us emerging democracies fully enjoy the rights of democracy, equality and freedom

Read the SC rules, your “proposal” has nothing to do with the Security Council.
Former Delegate of The West Pacific. Guardian (under many Delegates) of The West Pacific. TWP's Former Minister for World Assembly Affairs and former Security Council Advisor.

The West Pacific's Official Welshman, Astronomer and Old Fart
