[Abandoned] Repeal: "Liberate The Union of The Axis Powers"

Security Council Resolution #298 “Liberate The Union Of The Axis Powers” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The World Assembly Security Council,

Noting that SCR#298 is a response to the hateful ideology of fascism, and agreeing with the assertion that fascism is an inherently abhorrent political system;

Aware that this response is one to successfully destroy the region, in a series of so-called "fash-bashes" done by the North Pacific Army, in response to a poorly-executed attempted coup against The North Pacific;

Believing that such retaliation is a warranted response to an attempted coup in such a prominent region;

Noting that, during the time when this resolution was being voted upon, the natives of the region abandoned their region in order to relocate to The Union of The Greater Axis Powers, resulting in the destruction of the region which was initially intended to be targeted by the target region, which has since been refounded by the North Pacific Army, thus making this resolution more of a hindrance than a boon to the cause it was intended to represent;

Wishing to minimize the number of offensive liberations in effect, and saving them for truly disdainful regions, such as the one that was initially intended to be targeted by the resolution at hand;

Hereby repeals SCR#298: "Liberate The Union of The Axis Powers"

This will be submitted shortly after the passage of the resolution and the successful takeover of the region.

Wishing to secure the region and prevent it from being refounded, both as a warning to all adherents of fascism or any subforms of it, as well as a statement to all nations and regions who remain affiliated with any such hateful ideology;

Further wishing to minimize the number of offensive liberations in effect, and saving them for truly disdainful regions, such as the one in effect;

It might be counter-intuitive if invaders can get in, seize the WA, and set up the password to something only they know once the liberation is repealed- assuming there's a region left to repeal at that point.

I was under the impression that the point was to set up a puppet in there to avoid refoundation. If this isn't the case, I can drop this, but I do believe the point is to get rid of the region entirely, which is much more effective if a puppet remains.
