[DEFEATED] Liberate Pars

Considering Pars was just raided and locked by raiders that include Vac and 94 Block, who I believe are still black-listed (not sure in the case of Vac), I have written this liberation to prevent them from keeping Pars as a trophy. This proposal may become unnecessary due to the founders return if they can be contacted, which might very well be possible and I've already sent a message to someone who might know who it is. It's short and very generic, but should work alright. Feedback is appreciated.

The Security Council,

Noting that liberation of a region by this body becomes necessary when it is in danger of being destroyed and turned into a trophy of nations of ill-repute;

Believing that in this instance, the region of Pars has fallen into that description when it was passworded by nations black-listed by the international community of nations for horrendous actions;

Stating that although Pars is neither a big nor old region, it does not deserve to be turned into a trophy in such a manner or at all;

Confirming this body's intent to protect innocent communities from unnecessary destruction by evil entities;

Hereby liberates Pars.

Yeah, it's really none of anyone's business on how I spend my money. Turns out I had stamps on hand from recruitment, so this didn't cost me a dime. As long as the region doesn't become a trophy I'll be happy.
