You can only be endorsed by other WA members who are in the same region as you. If there are any, talking to them about it with telegrams or RMB posts is much more likely to get the message across than a forum post.
well looking at your region of the only 9 nations living there none are in the WA so your SOL try moving to another region with WA members or recruit your fellow region mates into the WA.
