[VOTE PROPOSAL] The coming Dragon issue of F.L

As spoken of in the general assembly, the coming dragon overpopulation has become a major deal being that dragons can grow taller than m't Everest, we have casted that vote for part of the issue, the other part is that they can speak, and are humanly... sentient, if not more so. Due to this, we would like to cast a vote to say that they can be citizens/people of countries as well, meaning that, the non sentient dragon species would be our new national animal and this type of, animalized being be allowed as a new citizen. thank you for your concideration and have a nice day. --Furriland Administration
