OOC: This nation hasnt actually done anything to the international community, a regional squabble is not worthy of the WA's attention, otherwise we will be condemning nations all the time, furthermore, the target nation is less than a year old so its safe to assume they havent done much to deserve a C&C

Not really Condemn-worthy. I mean just one region.

You really need to look at previously passed Condemnations and see the amount of detail and depravity in these resolutions. Unfortunately the nominated nation doesn't even come close to being worthy of such an award.
