Conscious that had Horsemen of the Apocalypse not heroicly intervened in nuking Thalassia to irrelevancy, Kyorgia would still be very sad and international relations between Thalassia and the Rejected Realms would have crumbled and the Rejected Realms' Outreach Office would have a civil war and then everyone in TRR would be sad and then TRR would turn raider and NationStates would fall because Fratt can't be a raider,

There were other horsemen from different regions involved (Roavin; Saksana etc.) involved, not just the chap from hell.

Wouldn't it make more sense to condemn the ones that used the largest amount of puppets?
