Recognize The Drpaoel Republic as a legitimate state

Concerning the human rights abuses in Dra-Pol, the government of acnaiva has decided its time to recognize a new rebel state of the coast of Dra-pol, known as The Drapoel Republic. The WA needs to recognize The Drapoel Republic as the legitimate government of Dra-pol. This also means that Dra-pol will NOT be recognized as a state, but rather a unrecognized state. This move does not mean that all WA member states must recognize The Drapoel Republic as the legitimate government, but will mean that the The Drapoel Republic is recognized by the WA as the legitimate government, and it is encouraged that member states do so.

This has been an issue brought up by Acnaiva.
