Us as the official body of world security should not condemn nations for boasting their art collection for the following reasons.
Firstly, nothing says that the world security council can condemn nations for anything other than risking the security of certain things.
Secondly, in your motto, you say "via force if necessary" and no pacifists condemn you for it, yet you choose to condemn people for a very trivial reason.
