OOC: Being a person that is an outsider to the events that occurred in this region and not knowing what exactly happened. This vague summary doesn't help at all. If this is a more detailed composition I would understand whether I should be for or against this in the first place but at its current draft, it's a bit on the lame sauce for content and is just a rough draft which should be more refined anyway.
