Noting That the founder of Hell, SATAN ceased to exist.

Applauding Hell has survived without a founder, a thing most regions cannot do without difficulty.

Recognizing The unique system Hell uses to gain newcomers, with the Underworld, where they have to pass trials to enter Hell.

Further Recognizing The publication of Hell Hell's Bells, driven by natives, but also noting a publication is not a reason to get commended.

Putting in Consideration Feeders and Sinkers if compared have survived without a founder too, and unlike Hell cannot password themselves.

Believing That SC#197 is unsuitable and poorly written to commend Hell, but a better one can be made.

Acknowledging That SC#197 has only discussed achievements Hell has made, but not acknowledging that other regions have made similar achievements too.

This proposal reads that there is a singular reason for the commendation to be repealed—the security system Hell uses is not as commendable as the resolution reads. While I disagree with this proposal and with the singular argument you advance, there is more content in the original resolution that you could use to argue for Hell's commendation to be repealed.

Not sure why you are bringing up Warzones—they are definitely not worthy of commendation and while I recognize you aren't arguing they are worthy of commendation, Hell is most certainly a better candidate.

I know it is possible during Z-Day. TNP had to unpassword the region to let McM back in after GBM "accidentally" kicked him.

Not and never have been a GCR Delegate (unlike yourself), I have a recollection of talking to a GCR Delegate about it in the past but no evidence of such. There's 9 people we can ask to check though. It would seem weird to me that GCRs can only get passworded during Z-Day.

To equate Hell's capability to survive without a founder to that of a GCRs capability to survive without a founder is not a viable comparison. Primarily because GCRs have a built in means of gaining more nations that remains constant. Hell however has no such mechanic. Thus their system being unique to itself and very effective is entirely different from the GCRs means of survival. This proposal needs to be refined.

You're technically wrong because it's not a "password" but a different mechanic, "Z-Day Border Control". The Z-Day border control costs no influence; expires after the event; can be applied in Liberated regions too; can be used to impose total lockdown (without a password/keycode at all); can co-exist with a password in the same region, etc.

The feeders, sinkers and warzones can never be passworded.

First off, if this is your first foray into the SC I bid you welcome. Seeing newcomers is always nice, and what's nicer is if they decide to stick around. If it isn't your first time, then welcome back.

I'm afraid you've picken a pretty bad proposal to attempt to repeal, because if any region is deserving of a commendation it would be Hell. Hell is a perfect example of a functional and tightly protected founderless UCR, and their defensive structure is one that is practically impossible to penetrate easily. I stand strongly against any try to repeal their commendation, and I think a lot of other people feel the same way.

I’m going to side with Kuriko on this one. Hell deserve their Commendation for the unique way they have protected their region. Your arguments don’t stack up as a good enough reason to repeal it.

I see this has been submitted, and with quite a few typos where the name of the region should be. Last I checked, Help and Hello are not the target of this resolution . It's correct in the operative clause though, so kudos on that. I still think you should not have submitted this though, and given up on it.
