Anyone know a region that is good at proposing liberations in the WA, and than proceeding to liberate said region. I am trying to get an old region that I used to be part of leadership liberated.

I would suggest contacting Kuriko, former (and running again) Delegate of 10000 Islands. She's probably the best one for what you want should she be willing to help you.
