I am writing this proposal to condemn the actions of Consular

Consular gave a Security Council proposal to attempt to condemn the actions of The Land of Kings and Emperors the ("LKE")

At the time I agreed with their proposal, but new damning evidence has come to light. Consular had created fake evidence and has also missed out important details in their evidence.

This is horrendously shocking and quite honestly a little disheartening.

There is however evidence which proves Consular's false evidence claims and which testify the clear innocence of the Land of Kings and Emperors, who did not deserve the poor and utterly shocking attempt to condemn them.

It is our moral obligation and duty as WA member nations to Condemn the actions of Consular. Due to these various reasons:

1. Creating false evidence in order to get the votes necessary to condemn the Land of Kings and Emperors and lying about the fabricated evidence
2. Impersonation of another group of players.
3. Crossing acceptable game-play boundaries and creating a fraudulent proposal.

As it stands much of Consular's proposal against the LKE has been falsified. It is not okay to create false evidence in order to try and condemn another nation or region and it is a shameful act.


We should denounce Consular for the above reasons. It is truly shameful behavior to stage screenshots and impersonate people. We should not allow this to continue.

As Kuriko said, this isn't a draft so much as it is a rough outline for a draft (unless you plan on copying and pasting the OP into the proposal text box, in which case it is a draft but it is also grossly illegal).

Moving forward, I suggest you consult the Guide to the Security Council, Rules for SC Proposals, and the Passed Security Council Resolutions for reference on how to build out a draft. You will also need to research Consular's NS history, and build out more arguments for why they deserve to be condemned. As it stands, the current arguments by themselves may be in violation of the SC's tit-for-tat rule.

Additionally, you really need to look at past resolutions and copy their format; furthermore, your draft is a little bit bloggy, change it to the same kind of language that the resolution at vote uses.

To be honest I could chew ink and paper and puke a better attempt than this. You have no idea how to write a proposal.

As Kuriko said, read the rules, read previous C&C resolutions, then take a few weeks to work on it. Writing C&Cs properly are a marathon, not a sprint.

Okay. I will work on it for a while and come back with another draft.

I don't think this is a draft so much as it is a general outline. But it is the first step to a draft. Just work on it a bit and you can put something together that more resembles a proposal.

Also, for me, it doesn't matter how well it's written. I get what you're talking about, and I stand behind it in full. Not only is the LKE wholly innocent of any crime, but Consular himself is the one deserving of condemnation.

Note any effort solely based on Consular’s attempt to condemn LKE may be seen as purely tit for tat and so would be illegal.

Personally I see this as badge hunting/bandwagon jumping and with little chance of success.

I concur, plus at the very least I would like to hear Consular's explanation for his actions before any sort of condemnation based on them is put forward.

While I definitely agree that Consular is rather self-righteous and deserving of a condemnation for the gross amount of misinformation they have spread, this definitely does need a lot of work. But either way, it would be a fitting end to this conflict to see Consular burnt by the fire he ignited.

Much as I may personally dislike Consular at the moment, I don't see how any of the listed actions rise to the level of being SC-condemnable individually or in aggregate.

Reaffirming its dedication to the dissemination of inter-regional peace and goodwill, and its right to condemn those who act consistently
Rejecting the spurious notion that a nation has some kind of perverse right to cause unjustified damage to others through acts of random lies and bigotry that is the mission of this sabotage of another region.
Condemn Consular for spreading false infomation to Sabotage a more powerful region then Consulars own region.

Someone else made a proposal but was deemed illegal by the Mods and only 2 delegates have so far approved, so that one is done for. The first step for this specific draft is to first get 2 endorsements from your region. Then you will have to make the official proposal, making sure it abides by all rules. Then, 79 delegates and the Moderators will need to approve the proposal. Then the proposal becomes a resolution. The resolution is sent to the Security Council for a vote. If the resolution receives a majority support then the resolution is passed. We still have a long way to go.

However, this is not the reason we want to condemn Consular, the reason is because he was proven to have LIED during his condemning campaign and also used loaded and informal language in his resolution. That is different then just saying "We will condemn you because you condemned a country we like," which would be in violation of the rules.

This isn't the GA, GenSec has no power over SC proposals. Moderators are the ones who deem proposals as legal.
