Yesterday i proposed a condemnation to the Black hawks
This would be the third one. They just raided another medium region Westphalia. We can not allow them to continue! They are not only rading small regions but medium established ones with long experience in short times! They are now a threat much more big and the security council needs to express shock and dismay as in the past.

Also we should encourage some people to join to defender regions due lack of defending compared to raiders groups

Acknowledging the fact of Black Hawks have two condemnations.
Seeing even more raids to medium regions from this menace.
Concerned about the lack of defenders compared to raiders in the world.

Seeing a dark threat to medium regions.
Concerned about their non stop growing as first raiders in the world

The Security council express shock and dismay to The Black Hawks and hereby condemns them.

More like lack of effective defenders. Heyo! In all seriousness though, why is there a random double space between this clause and the next one?

I'm trying to figure out what you're saying here. Is it that TBH are the number one raider region in the world? If so, the second part of this sentence desperately needs to be rephrased.

Overall, it's lacking in substance and is not written particularly well. You could try adding in a list of "medium regions" that TBH have raided, and look into the organization's history since the last condemnation was written; surely there have been a few larger regions that have been invaded since then, and it would be worth including. There are more places you could do research, but checking out their thread in the gameplay forum would be a good start.

Your current “attempt” lacks detail, substance and is very poorly written. The Hawks already have two Condemnations, you give absolutely no good reason for the SC awarding them a third.

If you’d posted your proposal here before submitting it, then it possibly could have been worked into something less embarrassing.

1. Westphalia was founderless for a while and rhinia was created by the liamese empire if they still were in Westphalia it would be foolish since there was a good chance petain would cte again
2. People are ejected every week Why should raided natives be treated better?
3. They don't need 3 badges and condemning does almost nothing

“Security Council” is misleading. It doesn’t actually do anything other than give a badge. Because of that, it is actually a reward to condemn them, as their goal is to raid, a practice that if done consistently and notably, will usually be condemned. A condemnation, or 3, shows that they are incredible raiders. As Bhang Bhang Duc said, The Black Hawks don’t deserve a third condemnation.

Which... is... literally just a badge. It certainly does nothing to change the condemned party's behavior.

Probably more likely helps the condemned region because new members will see it's condemned and think it's so much better than the others.
