Aware that during the Clavonian Empire's existence, it may have performed actions considered by most to be benevolent,
Recognizing that the Clavonian Empire has created puppet nations within its region, Salutations, on multiple occasions in order to subvert democracy and ensure its preferred election outcome,
Emphasizing that the Clavonian Empire took no action to end a war (begun by several member nations of Salutations) between its region and a region with which it had an embassy, the Gordo Alliance of Got Beef in May of 2018,
Revealing that after the first war had come to a peaceful end, the Clavonian Empire allowed its member nations to suppress messages by and eject and ban the Gordo Embassy to Salutations, which had been allowed to stay in Salutations, re-igniting the conflict,
Understanding that it was the Clavonian Empire's blatant disregard for the say of Salutations' member nations (e.g. Pax Americanae, Anschlabaum, Mens Alveo) that resulted in a brief civil war within the region, along with the formation of the region Rolling Thunder,
Appalled that the Clavonian Empire endorsed an invasion of the Gordo Alliance of Got Beef in April of 2019 after roughly a year of peace, with said invasion almost causing the erasing of the Gordo Alliance's ~2 years of history,
Reiterating that the Clavonian Empire has never made any effort to quell or come out against calls for invasion by members of Salutations against other regions, including the Gordo Alliance and the International Sovereignty Pact, and also supported an invasion of Rolling Thunder,
Hereby condemns the Clavonian Empire.
